1- Does the hotel have internet?Yes; We have internet available at the hotel for guests to use.

2- Do the rooms have air conditioning?Yes; All rooms have air conditioning and insect screens.

3- How do we get to the hotel?To get to the hotel, we will transfer approximately 1 hour by car along the road towards Manacapuru, and take the “voadeira” boat for another 30 minutes until arriving at our jungle hotel.

4- Are meals included?Yes, all meals are included in the packages (Breakfast, lunch, dinner).

5- Is there a health center nearby if you need it?Yes; 5 minutes away by boat, we have the community of Acajatuba village, within this community there are 100 families, with an exclusive station open 24 hours to also serve the local community.

6- Are the tours with local guides?Yes; All tours are led by local guides, with the option of hiring bilingual guides to give you a better experience on the trip.

7- Do you have vegetarian options?Yes; but let us know in advance so we can prepare the menu to meet your dietary restrictions.

8- How does fishing work in the Amazon?The fishing package only includes the boat for two people, with a local guide and a cooler with drinks and jungle lunch included. Fishing equipment is the responsibility of each fisherman.

9- Which vaccinations are mandatory to go to the Amazon?No vaccination is mandatory, however it is advisable to only have the yellow fever vaccine to go on jungle experiences in the Amazon.

10- Do children pay for accommodation and tours?According to tourism rules in Brazil, children up to 6 years old are free, and over 6 years old they pay as normal.

About Reservation Changes and Cancellations:· Cancellation of the Reservation is made as long as: requested in writing (via e-mail or fax) at least 07 (seven) days in advance, observing the established check-in date; · If the reservation of the daily rate(s) is(are) made within the period of seven days preceding the established check-in date, this reservation cannot be Changed or Canceled ; · The refund of amounts will be: 50% (Fifty percent) of the amount paid subject to the minimum notice period in the request; · To change the date established for accommodation in your Reservation, the request must be sent, in writing (via email) at least 07 (seven) days in advance, observing and in accordance with the availability of the apartments, for the requested date; · If there is no availability and the guest wishes to cancel, the conditions established for this purpose will be as described above.

About Check-In and Check-Out· Check-in (entrance) from 2:00 pm; and check-out until 12:00 pm; (To extend your stay, you must inform yourself in advance about availability); · Full breakfast served from 8:00 am to 10:30 am, in our Breakfast Room, at no additional cost;

About no-show - "No Show"If the guest does not show up within the first 22 hours (no show), starting from the established check-in time, the amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded and the reservation will be cancelled;
